Group Therapy

In children and adults, evidence-based psychosocial therapies have been shown to work for a broad range of mental health disorders and many life problems. We are currently offering a 12-session group therapy program online using CBT for anxiety management. In addition, a special group just for teens is in the works.  Call or email for details.

Clinical  Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, or clinical hypnosis, can improve your health by helping you relax and focus your mind.1 Someone trained in this powerful mind-body approach can help you go into a more focused state of mind (called a “hypnotic state”) so you can learn more about yourself, improve your health, and change your habits and thought patterns. Call for a consultation to see if hypnotherapy may be right for you.

Medication Management

Medications may be indicated when your mental symptoms are not responsive to therapy alone. When a mental illness markedly impacts your ability to work, participate in your education, maintain interpersonal relationships, or properly care for your basic needs, medication may offer much-needed relief

Patient and Family Education

The American Psychiatric Association has recognized the importance of family support and education in the treatment of mental illness.  The key elements include education about illness, crisis intervention, emotional support and training in coping with illness symptoms and related problems. We encourage you to include family or support persons in your care and at your appointments.
