You don't have to keep holding it all together-and you don't have to figure this out alone.

Thoughtful, personalized psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, and life's transitions. Delivered with time, care, and a genuine commitment to understanding you.

‍ ‍ You’re in the right place if you’ve been feeling...

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling just like this.

You don’t have to face this alone.

Mental health care
should never feel rushed.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered around understanding you as a whole person-not just a list of symptoms.

THOUGHTFUL
TREATMENT

Careful, individualized treatment
that considers your whole story—
your history, your experiences,
and your goals.

COLLABORATIVE
DECISIONS

Understand your options, ask
questions, and make treatment
decisions together. You are an
essential part of the process.

WHOLE-PERSON
CARE

Medication when appropriate
alongside lifestyle support, coping
strategies, mindfulness practices, and
other approaches that align
with your values and goals.

You deserve care that considers the whole you.

WHAT I DO

Thoughtful Medication Management,
Centered on you

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health concerns, life transitions, and other emotional health challenges.

MEDICATION AS A TOOL

Medication can be a helpful tool, but it is never
a one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we will explore
your symptoms, concerns and goals, and treatment
options to determine what approach makes the most
sense for you.

MORE THAN MEDICATION

While medication management is my primary focus,
appointments also include therapeutic support, education,
and practical strategies, using multiple modalities to help
you better understand and manage your mental health.

When appropriate, care may also include collaboration with your therapist, primary care provider, your designated support person and other members of your healthcare team.
